This question is on a Cabela's LM55H which, when I bought it in 2016, was equivalent to the T554hst. I was mowing yesterday and after about an hour, the engine automatically slowed from PTO RPM of 2400 down to 2000 rpm and the regen and engine lights came on.
I drove back to the barn, let the tractor run at 2000 rpms for well over 30 minutes but the lights still remain on. When I lower rpms below 2000, regen button flashes. When I increase rpms to 2000, regen button stays solid red. I can not raise rpms above 2000 even if I put the throttle lever all the way down. I tried regen process of stopping, idling, parking brake, put in neutral, press regen button for 3 seconds but nothing happens. Warning lights still on and regen button flashes. Regen light only stops flashing ad goes solid when I manually increase rpms to 2000.
Did I just not let the regen process run long enough? In total it ran for well over 30 minutes at 2000 rpm.
