Regional Discussions

When I usually sign in and click on "Discussions" I don't get regional discussions. But, a couple of times I have seen a regional discussion section. How do I find that and why doesn't it come up all of the time?

Only logged in members can see the regional forums. So you may not have been logged in when they didn't show up. If you are logged in and they don't show, refresh the page and they should appear.

On the Main Index discussions page, there is a double "up-carat" and a double "down-carat" symbol on the line that says "Regional Discussions" that will expand and contract the regional discussion section.
