Put in shelves by the kitchen window, discovered Sunshine is a VERY Good Mouser even without his from claws, redid the powder room on main floor (FYI NOTHING except the basement bathroom is painted beyond primer yet), Closeup of the pot filler I did in the kitchen, Found a cool piece of granite for my sidebar, started reusing the old cabinets in the basement as we started working in the basement. PLANS were finally approved by the county January 12, 2022... Worked on the utility room. Started moving walls etc. in the basement to make my Industrial Irish Pub Man Cave, broke ground on the foundation.

Started moving junk and planning how to build up the beam to remove the post, my 9' pool table goes there..., ordered trusses and huge $$$ Pile of lumber, poured footers for foundation, started working on the basement window and finish.

Found a 4x6' egress window for the basement on Facebook, Block wall foundation rolls forward there is significant slope in my yard front to back where addition goes, need to redo the basement stairs, getting ready to cut out the brick for the window... Almost ST Paddy's day...

Finished Block wall, did some backfill and prep using stone dust. Next up FRAMING!!!

Framing was amazing to watch... two days here...

The rest of day 2 framing. The first of over 200 tulips my GF & Daughter planted. Reinforced beam we watched & measured for 3 weeks+ with a 1/4" gap, and then cut the post off... Pool Table is ordered!!! 400Amp meter base for house, 200amp new meter base for the Barn!

I will try that... I keep running outside. gutter guys are here, electrician is here. I moved all the insulation delivered into the barn...
