I need to replace a line in the fuse box. I cannot figure out how in the world to get that terminal out of the fuse block with out cutting it out.
I am talking about the part that contacts with the automotive fuse.

Nearly all terminals have a spring hook like this one does. It's just a matter of finding something thin enough to slide next to the terminal to depress it.

I don't know if there's actually a special tool but ya they are a royal pain to get out. Been there done that. I had one that came out no problem and others that drove me nuts. I wonder if you cut a thin bit of sheet metal to slide in to hold the tab back?

To answer the question a pair of tweezer pliers see 5 in. Tweezer Pliers

two side tabs that were an absolute bear to get. some tiny modeling u channel / box might work to free it up. maybe 2 pieces of small bar stock would work to 14/12ga thick maybe.
