Removing fence posts with concrete

I would wait until the ground is plenty saturated. Certainly not now knowing that TN has been in a drought. What is the plan going forward? If you are replacing the posts with new, you would want to pull the concrete out, maybe break it up with a sledge for backfill. If your are not replacing the posts then you might want to break the concrete as you pull the posts for backfill so it won't take so much soil. Drilling a sidehole will work but if you are putting in new posts then you are in for a lot more tamping.

Your loader bucket will work just fine. Use a foundry hook on the post end so it chokes the post and grabs hold. Sometimes you need to wrap the chain twice if it's slipping. Go by the tractor sounds and the post. No verticle movement then you need to rock the post some more. Using a helper will make for a much easier job.

I have always thought a brush-grubber could be repurposed for pulling out wooden fence posts. I suspect the spiked jaws could be modified for metal posts.

I need to remove several fence posts that are set in concrete. My tractor has a fel but not forks. Any suggestions regarding best/easiest way to accomplish the task.

No the posts are at my property 2 hours from where I live. I will be replacing a fence in front of my cabin that has seen its better days. I probably won't get started until early spring.

Yeah I do too but those days are gone forever. Used to be you could just pick it up at a hardware store. Most also sold guns and ammo. Now everyone is too skeered for anybody to get anything done.
