Hey all, I have an old Alexander Mfg 6 1/2 foot disc that one of the caps is broke on. It doesn't have any bearings in it, it just rides on the grooves, and keep it greased. I can't find any replacement caps anywhere, and I really don't want to scrap it, because it's a really good, heavy built disc. Any ideas on where I can get parts for it?

Poke welcome to the TBN forum. Not familiar with this brand can you remove a working journal and take to a farm store maybe locate a similar or a replacement.
The farm store on I-30 and Hwy 5 area may give you a idea of what parts available.
The amount of Babbitt some times a wood shim helps in tightening the wobble and helps hold grease.

Take a good inside measurement and stop at your local equipment dealer. A lot of parts are common sizes. That worked for me with a wheel bearing cap on an old piece of equipment.
