Re: Report:BX and 50\" tiller
Charliebrn,
I have to admit a twinge of jealousy hearing about your new tiller. I've been using a shovel most of the weekend and that's not fun./w3tcompact/icons/frown.gif/w3tcompact/icons/frown.gif
I do have a question regarding your check chains. Do those function as sort of an inexpensive "position control"? I seem to recall some discussion of those in a recent thread. Would they work on a box blade or rear mower? This would certainly reduce the advantage of position control offered on the b2410 and larger machines.
Also, regarding your tiller, what kind of warnings does the literature give on rocks? My soil has lots of 2" dia rocks, and the occasional 4"-6" surprise. My thoughts are that it can't be good for a tiller.
