Rhubarb harvest time

Grandpa's rhubarb is planted in his back yard where he used to have a garden. It gets lots of sun and heat here. For years he has watered it and fed it banana peels and egg shells for compost.

We have around 8 plants. Need to split some of them. We hope to get enough to sell at the Farmers Market in a couple of years.
