That sounds pretty serious. Has he been working it pretty hard with FEL work? Driving it hard in tight turns?
I assume he is not running the tractor with the cracked rims.
Mostly grass cutting and snow removal, but, he has 10 acres . He's about 500-600 off the road so he moves gravel to maintain his drive way.He has access to other loaders so he uses the the right equipment for the job at hand. Rims are on order. As far as working it hard I wouldn't think so he's been on his/his fathers equipment before he could ride a bike. Keeps stuff very well maintained. What is FEL? Thanks Dan BTW I probaly have over 150 hrs on it myself. In fact I used it so much I bought him a rototiller for the back. Its a pretty decent tractor.
You might look into getting a wheel reinforcement ring. It goes on the lugs before the nuts. I can get them from Massey Ferguson, but don't know if Kubota sells them or not. I believe that Unverferth has them for just about any lug pattern.

After the teenage son used it huh? Hmmm...didn't find any planks laying aound with 6x6 under them, did you? Y'know, launching ramp type of thing? " Look at me, I'm airborne..."
Yea that's right up there with the time him and his buddy tore the handle bar off the 4 wheeler by just sitting on it, wasn't even running, imagine that...duh....lol
