Ripper Claw

I bought my Frost tooth/Ripper from Showtime Fab. Showtime Home

I found them on eBay, but they turned out to be local to me in Minnesota. Price was lower by calling instead of ordering on eBay. Mine was $859 2.5 years ago shipped 75 miles by ups.

I use it on a 7500 lb Bobcat 331 and it doesn’t bat an eye at anything the mini-X can handle.

MIE is priced at $795 plus $60 shipping. I do not doubt the quality, but was hoping to stay under $500.
Not sure what I will do at this point.

Here is the one I am working on for my KB2485. I have to fab up the mount when I get home again.

Thought I would update this. BroTek still wont make one. Was holding off as the one they made cost a lot less. Looks like MIE is the only game in town.

I was hoping Bro-Tec would get with the program too. Their shipping was very reasonable.

The alternative to buying is making your own, if you have the tools and disposition. These particular attachments are for the BX23.
The quick attach for the backhoe is based on the one sold by BXpanded, took a lot of time but was well worth it.
The ripper is also based on the BXpanded version, again, a lot of time and grinding and abrasive sawing.
Thought a receiver for the backhoe would by handy as well for pulling light trailers etc around the yard

took an idea from the bxpanded company for my bigger backhoe. 3/4 inch plate cut with a plasma cutter on an angle to achieve a pretty sharp edge. Finished it with a grinder and stuffed it in my wood boiler to get it hot then dunked it in oil. I beat it to DEATH trying to break it. No luck, didn't even bend. Very pleased with the results.

What's the fish hook on the back for? (Same question for 11B).
