Did a search, and nothing on TBN about this. What I am looking for is (after some research) an orange peel style rock grapple, only much smaller than what you can find here:

Since I have Kubota BX23, I need something MUCH smaller, more the size of "ice tongs", and probably does not need to be hydraulic, I thought that on offset lift system that would use the weight of the rock to close the tines might be sufficient.
I might try and fabricate this, but was wondering if NE1 has seen this. I was orginally shying away from a thumb on my backhoe, but am now wondering if I am overthinking this problem. Does NE1 know of a backhoe grapple for BX sized tractors like: grapple
I like the idea of the orange peel grapple because if I hang it from the bucket on a chain, I can spin and guide the stone where I want when building stone walls.
