ROPS canopies

Anyone out there making aftermarket or factory canopies that fasten to the rops for Mahindras yet? I got a 6000 and sure would like the shade til they get a cab model my way to roll hay with.

Ther dealer should carry a canopy, the one I have came from the dealer but I can't recall the manufacturer at the moment. Does "Wells Ag" sound familiar to anyone? I'll need to look tomorrow to get the brand name off of it.

I agree about checking with your dealer. Consider the cost of shipping and the likely shipping damage.

My local dealer got me a red fiberglass canopy for my 3510 for only $35 shipping. He had his vendor bring it on his truck instead of by common carrier.

I could've (maybe) saved about $30 online, but then you don't always know what your going to get...

I do a LOT of online business and purchasing, but this was an item better gotten locally.

I'll look up the name tomorrow.

The canopy was installed on my Dad's 4500 when he bought it but he replaced it with one of those accordian style canopies because this one wouldnt fit in the door of his barn.

I talked him out of it and put it on my 6000. After mowin 20 acres last weekend, I'm sure glad I have it!!

Outback Tractor in Cumming, GA carries a real nice Aluminum top. I have the fiberglass, but breaks very easy, as mine is almost busted up. I plan on replacing mine, but not with fiberglass again.
