Rox got my 2L of Aglandau today.The packing was very good and the letter was great, love the lab report. When the 2L containers of Aglandau come back in stock I'll grab another one.

I used the Basil Infused to saute' some chicken breast and some veggies last night. AWESOME!

It is, it really is, not gonna lie and give some fake humility, that Basil olive oil is fabulous, I'm glad I put it on Amazon. It really makes your food taste better, delicious. Did you get the letter with the olive oil? Did you read the letter? What did you think of the letter, is it something that you think most people will read, or most people will toss without reading? Nico is busy planting the basil plants for the harvest in November, I think we are going to make more than we did this year. We actually didn't send a whole lot of Basil, we sent some but I worry about sending to much and then it sits if people don't buy it. Liek any shop owner it is hard to figure out how much to buy, or in my case send.

I have to say after reading this blog I had to try your olive oil. The only one I could find was Aglandal 8.4 oz. $15.50. We have been using Virgin Olive Oil for years. Thought the price was way to high and bought anyway. Results, It is good, so are the olive oils you can buy in most super markets for a quarter of the price. JMO
Our order of AOC arrived yesterday. It was in a box and Rox's wrapping was unreal. :thumbsup::laughing::laughing::laughing: The flyer under the bubble wrap armor is a very nice touch. :thumbsup:
Because there were tasting cups under the wrapping, I had to do a taste comparison on the AOC we bought and the Aglandau and Bouteillan we have in stock. The Aglandau is almost finished.
The AOC is very peppery but seems about the same as the Bouteillan we have. The Aglandau was a bit less peppery. All are good though, just different. I suppose if *** I *** could only have one that is in our cabinet, I would got with the Bouteillan because of the flavor and peppery after taste. I really like the pepper hit. :licking::licking::licking:

We received our shipment. What a surprising taste. I'm with Dan, i like that pepper hit too. My wife and I find the flavour profile very interesting and subtle!

Did you read the parts about the oils being tested for certain properties and them far exceeding the standard.

Thank you for giving us a try JMO, I appreciate it. Probably like most people you are using olive oil for the health benefits, that is critically important to me as a grower. This is why I go to the expense of testing the olive oil for their polyphenol content. The Aglandau this year had an extraordinary high polyphenol content, 850 mg/kg so at least you know in that little bottle is is an olive oil that is very high in the reasons we buy olive oil (polyphenols) as I included a copy of the lab report with your bottle. I sincerely appreciate the fact that you gave us a try, thank you.

I'm sorry, but i think it is a mix, as the bottle says AOC de Province.
On amazon, i see six flavours and five sizes. There is a drop down arrow, to expand both the flavours and sizes.
