I'd follow Greenwannabe's advice and find a different dealer and / or talk to Messicks maintenance techs. The more I think about it, the more it feels like there is an issue that can and should be corrected.

Well the good news...The dealer called and is picking it up to look at it. Told them that I am very dissapointed so far, being civil though.
