Yes, I got the subframe on mine. After talking to some people around here, and reading some posts on diferent boards, I decided to go with the subframe. One added benifit is the rear portion of the frame is a great place to jack the rear of the tractor from. Only down side is it does reduce the ground clearence about 6 inches.

Speaking about runnaway tractors, I know someone jokingly mentioned the magnetic wrist lanyards that some small water craft used.. but come to think about it.. that wouldn't be such a bad idea. A fuel shutoff solenoid is built in to many systems... I know my 1997 NH 1920 is key shutoff... what do you guys think?
