Riding on the tractor, what ever I have on. Usually a pair of rubber/leather boots I'm likely to get into something wet and muddy.(LL Bean boots last twice as long as any other I tried) Splitting wood, heavy parts, chain sawing... steel tips. :2cents:
I nearly always wear work boots when I'm using the tractor. The current set have steel toes. I always wear steel toe boots when using a chainsaw.
^^agree, just be sure to wear the safe footwear for the job. Take the time to protect the feet, you only get 2.
