I was teasing the OP a little.
I have insurance on everything needing or requiring insurance.
I'm not insuring stuff I paid for if it is not required.
Those items are tolerable risks. It's a risk I choose to accept.

I keep liability on everything which moves with an engine, and comprehensive insurance on anything I couldn’t easily replace.

My tractor is 2017. I insured when financing with Kubota, now pay yearly for KTAC insurance.
