the best I remember I read the name Sea Foam came from a guy who had moved to FL and wrote back asking for the piston carbon remover for his outboard and referred to it as Sea Foam. Since it did not have a name the guy that was compounding it just ran with Sea Foam.

Think its $9.99 at advance? But all it is is arosol seafoam. When i want to spray seafoam i just put it in a cheapie spray bottle and spray it into cylinders that way.
