Seafoam

Okay. I will post this simple. Seafoam is crap since water can do the same effect/cleaning on instakes/TB for 1/20 the price. Throw in Amsoil PF and more cleaning of intake etc for less money.

I will never buy seafoam again. If you like it great. I use to pimp it until I tried other roads..

Sounds like someone may be a closet Sea Foam user trying to convince themself of something.

I use SF to do cleaning of carburetors in place and for the preservation and protection of fuel. It has served me well, therefore it is not crap. I am aware of the carbon removal application, and the water solution. I would consider removal of little blotches of carbon a bonus, but that is not a problem to which I have ever needed a solution.

Most users are lacking and the banning, at the time, was un-justified. Does that help? Really?

With a sig that long, I would not expect you to get it; Let痴 show all my junk

I also remember this site owner getting into battle about pat痴 3-pt hitch issue too. Banning users on that. Oh, you were not here, sorry.

Again, History is lacking with new users.

If this place was like others i know of they will ban your IP address of your know computers forcing you to use a friends or something or get a new IP. Then when you brag that u were banned they zap you again.

I'm enjoying the *hale* outta this thread! The first thing that came to mind was an old saying... "Don't argue with an idiot. He'll pull you down to his level and then beat you with experience!"

My take on Seafoam... I was never a believer in any chemical "fix" of any sort but I tried Seafoam for an issue on one of my motorcycles 4 years ago at the suggestion of a well respected person with experience on that particular machine... and it did just what I needed done. Since then I have found that it does most everything that it's claimed to do. In fact, I enjoy not having to tinker with all the different carbs every spring on all the small engine machines I own. I'm not adverse to trying a different product if it works as well and is less expensive, as the STP product may be, but I definitely won't be using something like the Amsoil product that I can't go to the local parts store and buy. So until Amsoil is stocked locally and is less expensive or STP proves to work as well then I'll be adding Seafoam to every tank of fuel that goes through my motorcycles, chainsaws, lawnmowers and other small engines... and I don't care what anyone has to say about it.
