Sears Selling Craftsman Brand

I remember when hone depot was launching husky brand tools. They would trade any craftsman tools for husky, I guess to get you addicted to husky tools. I never did it, felt like I would be trading gold for silver. If they still do that, it would be worthwhile!

I was raised in clothes from Sears. Mainly Levi blue jeans. Seams they had a program that if you could wear out a pair of their jean before you out grew them then they'd give you a new pair. Being a slow growing boy my parents got their money's worth out of that program. Some stores would even let you go up one size. This would have been during the 80's and early 90's.

Same here. I don't know if mom bought clothes any where besides sears when I was young. But I never could get Levi's sears jeans only. When I was about 14 she found a store that sold Levi's seconds. First I ever had a pair.

Sears store in St. Petersburg will be closing tomorrow, Jan. 23rd.
Dick's Sporting goods is reported to be taking over the mall space.
