American tractors without ROPS DON'T have seatbelts either...and SHOULDN'T

If a tractor has a ROPS it must have a seatbelt...it just doesn't have an ignition safety interlock with the seatbelt...YET

And hopefully it never does. Despite all the safety devices on modern lawn mowers, every year we read about someone who maimed their own kid through carelessness. Too many people rely on laws and the government to protect them from everything. People need to take responsibility for their own safety. It's a state of mind, a way of working, not a system of interlocks that will keep you safe.

I once needed just a few "spoonfulls" of gravel. THe BH was off, and I just needed a small amount (rationilization). When I loaded with the FEL and raised it started rolling over in the downhill direction. I dropped the bucket and recovered. Later I over compensated. Filled tires, 84" width outside to outside. 3 wheel weights per tire(110#ea). 84" Woods box blade (760#) or the BH is the min ballast while loading. In the words of someones signature line, I had to pee on the fence myself to learn that one.
