The neat thing about the Equipter is being able to raise it to roof level. You can also drive it to a larger dump trailer and raise it to dump over the side of the trailer.
We always use wheelbarrows in the roof up to a certain pitch and park the trailer close enough to the house to throw the refuse in. Or nail on some plywood hanging off the edge of the roof as a shoot with legs if need be. If the pitch is too steep for a wheel barrow we stack and tote just like bundles of shingles.
The equipter would be nice but we have multiple guys on multiple sides most of the time so not really the end all be all. Sometimes it’s just better the old fashion way. I’m a young guy saying this. I embrace technology any time it saves time or labor. But somethings look good and end up costing you more in the long run. I see the equipter as being one such item. The buy in price is crazy. I can own a fleet of dumpsters and a delivery trailer for that money and be miles ahead. Sometimes you spend more time and money trying to save money than you would if you just get to work.
Maybe one day I can buy one just because. I regulate stuff like this to a tax write off purchase. But I would buy the fleet of dumpsters and the trailer first much more in line with what I need than the equipter.
