Selling my MF 241, looking for ballpark estimate of value

Hi all, I have had a great experience using my MF 241 these past 18 years ... it's now about 24 years old, has 1618 hours on it (an accurate reading).
I'm the second owner; 1st owner was a weekend warrior; I am a vegetable farmer but small scale, hence the low hours count.
I've had the tractor maintained over the years ... with extensive overhaul of hydraulics a few years ago. Just put in a new pressure power steering line. No issues. Starts and runs great.
It's a 48 hp tractor, 2WD.
I'm retired as of this year and therefore looking to sell, preferably locally in NW CT.
Hard to find comparables on the web. I've looked at: Fastline, Sheffel's, Wenger's, TractorHouse, EquipmentTrader.
Wondering if any of you out there would feel comfortable suggesting a ballpark asking price, or have other advice to get me on the road there?

Loader? Good tires, stored outside? too many variables to estimate this sorry.

Looks in good shape, but weathered.

I see one remote valve which is a plus. Drawbar looks missing.

It's a "farm tractor" not a compact yard tractor so different market audience.

2wd with no loader.

It would be a $10,000-11,000 asking price (CDN money) tractor on a lot here.

The older, similar models with more hours I've seen sell for less.

Things it has going for it: Low hours, Perkins diesel is arguably one of the best diesel engines ever put in a tractor. I would put that in the add. It has plenty of engine for a good-sized bushhog or tiller. Here is a little more shiny one but with more hours and a smaller engine. But it hasn't sold either. I would list yours in the $7 - $8k range due to its awesome motor. See what happens.

Firstly get a waterblaster and get rid of the mould, it gives a poor inpression.
2nd, refit the drawbar.
I can't help you with a price.

Yander, especial thanks for getting the ball rolling and for the details re Perkins. Yes, I have really appreciated what this tractor can do. I've run a bush hog, a flail mower, and a Howard Rotovator on it.
I'm only just now noticing your question re wheels, loader, and storage. Tires are in good shape; no loader; stored inside in my greenhouse from November through early March, but outside at other times, so a mixed bag. If any of that changes your ballpark, I'd love to hear it; thanks again!

Get some Castrol Super Clean dilute it by half with water, and spray on - only let it sit for 15 minutes then wash/pressure wash it off. Does an amazing job getting things cleaned up. Robot or human?
