BTW, I wouldn't buy a Senseo, I'd buy a Keurig.

For someone with a Senseo to help, you'd have to indicate how tall the mug is. Even the least expensive Keurig can handle a car travel mug, if you remove the drip tray from the brewer.

My DeWalt travel mug will NOT fit under the spout of my Senseo. I run the coffee into a measuring cup and pour it into the mug.

A "standard" coffe mug will fit with no problems though.

I cheat.. i take the sensio packets and use them in my regular coffer maker ( mr-coffee ) centered in the bottom of the grounds cup held in place with a washable grounds strainer... makes a decent cup o' coffee too.

The newer ones like we have and like I suspect you are getting has a button for brewing two cups. We put some extra large coffee mugs on the tray and use that option. These mugs are larger around than most but about the same height as a normal coffee mug.

I don't know a thing about Senseo, but congratulations to your wife!

Any standard size coffee mug will fit under the spout of the Senseo. Since the maximum brewing quantity at one time is about 8 to 10 ounces, a large travel mug is kind of wasted anyway.
