Serial Number question

I have a not quite signed contract to deliver a RTV 900 W with serial # 28940 (still in crate) will be assembled as soon as I say yes!!
My question is: Can anyone tell me when it was made and does it include the aforemention factory revisions???

Mine had all updates except hood & they did that before I took delivery. S/N 26095

Gauges a little loose and one fogs just a little.

According to the notice I received the hood recall was for serial #'s up to 25883.

The other recall/mandatory campaign - this included the spark arrestor, tank caps, muffler, etc. - was up to serial #'s 19060.

Ahearn of Spencer, MA did my recall last week. They did the whole thing at my house so they didn't need to take it back to the shop. My hood was not defective. If it was they said then they would have needed to take it back to the shop.
