- John Deere 790 with loader LS xr3140h also with loader plus a cab
Our tree seedlings are still two weeks out. The farm we buy them from is severely understaffed.... real good unemployment money right now and covid not helping I suspect.
So besides the two weeks out I went ahead and put the whitfield transplanter on the LS for the first time. It's a heavy duty forestry model that I modified myself for field or 'preped' ground. It was ALL the 790 could lift due to the heft of the implement. Pulled it fine, fought lifting it up and out of the ground with a person setting on it
The XR3140H handled and pulled it effortlessly on a dry run. Not a wimper lifting with a volunteer sitting in it.
Rounded the evening out with a auto regen
