As I understand it nothing was tied over the body of his truck. Tied to tied axles and/or underbody.Axles? So the lines went slack every time he went over a bump? You'd think the rebound from a bump in the road would create enough force that a strap tied over the body from an axle might create enough tension to crease the bodywork.

Not sure why people tend to put loads too far forward on trailers. But do understand why trailer manufacturers keep putting the axles farther and farther back.
People have stopped thinking.
Obviously someone who has no comprehension of proper load distribution.Not overloaded, it's wrongly displaced. Who puts the heavy cement bags fully forwards and not over the trailer axles.
