I recall seeing something many years ago that I thought I would add in to the thread. Sorry, no picture though, this was wayyyy before digital cameras. I was sitting at a stoplight one day and saw an 18 wheeler tractor making a right turn in front of me. Not many people would have noticed this, but I did and I knew it was illegal as heck right when I saw it! He was toting the front half of a low boy trailer, just the front section that decouples from the longer 35 ft rear part of it so you can unload heavy equipment from it. The only thing holding it in place then is the 5th wheel, if that section were to swing out wide in a turn, it would obliterate a car coming in the opposite direction!
Fortunately, that driver was fully aware of what he was doing wrong and he took the turn REALLY slow. It's amazing how other people put other drivers at risk by doing stupid stuff with so little regard for the well being of others on the road.
