The better part of yesterday was spent jamming scrap steel into the back of the minivan. Maybe they were trying to offset some tongue weight. It hasn't left the yard yet, but that has to be their intent.

Backing the red truck up 2 feet would do wonders for their weight distribution...

I think somebody needs to explain to these folks how a lever works. By the looks of things, they could add as much weight as they want to the back of the van, they won't un-weight the tongue much at all, because the van is not behind the rear axle.

By the looks of things, they could add as much weight as they want to the back of the van, they won't un-weight the tongue

That was just my attempt at humor. I think their ONLY objective was to not have to make two trips

I saw their Canuck cousin, at my buddy's shop today. He was filling the back of his Astro van with scrap brake rotors. Rear tires had about as much sidewall on the ground, as tread.

Already had the nearest major highway closed once today.... major accident, air ambulance.....

'tards like these overloading vehicles are just accidents waiting to happen......
