CAPTION: "Traffic Stop in Troop F - Tr. Casavant was on routine patrol and encountered this SUV towing this trailer loaded down with a pickup and junk scrap metal. With the assistance of CVEU Tr. Flynn, it was determined that the vehicle was overloaded by several thousand pounds, the load was not secured properly, the trailer not inspected and there were several safety violations identifed. The operator was summonsed accordingly and vehicle towed."
