I tried (without luck) to see what kind of gear the bike might be in.

Actually, I'm starting to think, that the picture is just a joke and the Bike is actually Electric.

That bike did not have a low enough to pull just the empty trailer, without some type of assist to get it moving. Jon

The biggest problem is the air brakes on that trailer are still locked.

Plus it's hitched above the rear axle/ The bicycle is going to flip over backwards on top of him

Probably a rotating union in the Bike wheels that uses the air from the tires. They do that kind of thing in Europe all the time. They are way ahead of us.

The air hose does go down behind is right leg, so there could be a pump there of sorts out of sight. However how did the bike and rider get hooked up to the trailer tow bar. Look at the snow for foot prints. Also no tire movement tracks from trailer wheels or bike wheels. Normal tow vehicle trailer tires would leave tracks close to the tongue, which are not present. Will we ever now? Jon
