Here in MA you'd be required to register that as commercial. The law is worded a little oddly, "five or more wheels on the ground."

The guys that use dually trucks for 5th wheel campers were trying to fight it for a while, but didn't get very far.

thats why they invented SRW one ton trucks. And because of the much better handling in snow or rain when not loaded to full capacity.

That's because it it. It's my truck. All stock besides Toyota single piece dualie rims and flatbed. I will be doing a build thread on the truck soon once I pull it back off the road and work on it more. Heres a better picture of the dualsView attachment 574443

That's pretty cool. Are you planing to upgrade the springs/suspension in it as part to the future work? Could work out to be a pretty capable little rig.

A guy in my city has a 95/96 Ranger with dual rear wheels. I see him every few weeks. The interesting thing about it is that he has the fender wells that match the truck paint specifically for that truck. Must have been an aftermarket part because it's the only one I've ever seen.

And as far as people doing stupid projects to cars, I'm still thinking about putting a B4 diesel in my F-150 just because.

OMG the tire! Plus the tongue and trailer are so short I feel like the back tires of the car would come off the ground when you pull away, and braking hard would drive the back of the car into the ground.

I'd say it's a pretty good bet that one way or the other they are not going too far.....
