There's a wooden covered bridge not too far from where I live that's been hit & damaged at least twice in the last 10 years or so by truckers following a GPS. You'd think a little common sense would kick in, but apparently not.

To be sure there's a big shortage of truck drivers...I guess the trucking companies have to take who they can get.

Needless to say, a scary thought. Unqualified truckers driving all over our highways and unable to perform up to standards.

Ya, that's a bigger problem than the lack of tie downs. If course those become an issue as soon as the inevitable fishtailing starts.

By the looks of the canvas cover I'm going to guess it's a disc mower

He must have been clipping right along, to rip the mower off and then go that much farther before flipping.
