You pretty much summed it up Industrial !
It was a disk mower. Trailer was a good way down the road upside down,only connected by the safety chains.
Both right tires blew ,pretty violent wreck but at least no injuries.

If the model number is correct, its a Kuhn GMD 400 disc mower, used to look like this:

Aug. 15 (UPI) -- Police in China said a truck driver was ticketed when a scooter being carried on the back of the vehicle got stuck on some power lines.

A video recorded on the mountain road in Lishui City, Zhejiang Province, shows a scooter suspended from power lines hanging above the road.

Police said the truck driver had taken the mountain road in an attempt to avoid being caught driving with a load of 21 scooters that were not properly secured. They said five of the scooters fell onto the road and one ended up tangled in the power lines.

The truck driver was ticketed and made to pay the cost of having the scooter removed from the power lines and damage to the lines repaired.

It looks like an Evel Knievel wanna-be failed to scout out his flight path before jumping his bike...but stacking bikes too high on a truck sounds very back-roads Chinese, too.

Re post 10606, the tractor was flipped on it's side THEN tore the mower off on the pole. The low impact point shows that.
The driver is lucky the cab missed the pole.
On a narrow road like that with oncoming traffic, you can easily hit a pothole on the side off the road and loose control.Your centre of gravity is quite high with the mower in transport position, so there is a lot of leverage.
