My 6 1/2' bed extended cab works well for me. Last one was a long bed. Barley fit in the garage. I have 2 trailers if I need to haul something long.

To me, I do not know why a person would put good money out for half of a pickup box. 8 foot box for me! Just my opinion...

As long as I can carry a 6' step ladder in the bed, I'm ready for what my customers need from me; everything else is optional.

Less than a 6' bed = Car with no trunk lid, not a truck...

Not lots of the full double cab trucks. Many of them come with little dinky 5.5' beds.
