Maybe I mentioned this earlier but I once (1970's) bought an Int'l H that was stuck way back in the brush and had to be winched out so I hired a guy. At home, late at night, we backed it into my huge 1700's post and beam barn and went inside to get the cash. I was going to help the guy unload it with a loader.
Anyway, on the way back out I heard the squealing tires on my spongy wooden barn floor as he chained the tractor to the upright posts and floored the truck. I believe the tractor was suspended in mid air for a nanosecond as the trailer cleared the falling tractor. I was speechless because I felt it could have pulled the post out that was just sitting on a rock. "Nah", he said, "do it all the time".
