Feedback for the group: Ordered this BlueSykySea camera per Aaron's feedback. I should've ordered this a long time ago. Setup was a breeze. The only thing I did wrong was try to power it up through a computer the first go around and it will NOT let you connect to it via Wifi while connected. Plugged it into a wall and everything went smooth. Only one button on it, so not a lot to fuss with. Camera viewing is awesome. 1080p seems sufficient enough to cover your @ss in an insurance claim. Unlike some new devices that require a millennial to setup; this is not one of those. At $45, I'm going to give this two thumbs up! Thanks Aaron! Don't do like I did and wait to get one until it's too late.

Correction, I got mine in 2018, not 2008 like I had posted. I got mine after talking with the commercial insurance rep at work, he was talking about a case where one of his clients claimed that they were driving down the road and a cyclist rode straight out of a driveway from behind a parked car and into the side of the clients car. The cyclist then claimed that they were riding down the road and the client moved to the right and hit them.

No idea who was telling the truth, but a camera could have clarified things in a hurry.

FA-18's when new, go to active fleet squadrons, then, when they have exceeded their carrier landings limitation, some may go to reserve squadrons, and a few go to the Blues to fly for a while.
When the Blues have finished wearing theirs out...... they then go to displays, or the boneyard.

Or the Iraq Air Force. After all, we trained their pilots in them during the 70s. :laughing:

This morning there was a low flying helicopter going the same way this truck went last night, followed by at least a dozen vehicles with lights and sirens, many unmarked. Guess they were late for the chase?
Not sure what the response was for, no indication of a traffic issue.

Guessing they are heading to DC, depending on how close you live you will be seeing a lot more helicopter activity for a while.

A lot of law enforcement is headed to "capitals" and other vulnerable sites, not just DC. The call went out many days ago. For what it's worth to you, keep your eyes and ears open for less than law abiding folks taking advantage of the reduced coverage locally. And if you're capable, it wouldn't hurt to "carry" if you do have to leave your home. Or even if you are at home. The next week or so will be a dangerous time for everybody. Don't count on quick 911 responses. Just passing along some info.
