Something Dutch for a change: Roll off container lost in the middle of the road on a busy intersection. (Probably the one from the trailer, because theres no truck in sight so the driver didnt notice loosing it, behind the container on the truck itself)

I'm guessing that this is pretty well wrong. The 2 for JK had a max towing capability of 2,000 lbs. I'm thinking that the boat is way over 2K.

Looks like The Jeep driver forgot to air up the rear tires.

I stopped and offered to help set it back up on the hitch. He mentioned that the guy that hooked it up must have done it wrong. I told him that was to bad, since the driver is always the one responsible and would get the blame. The safety chains were hooked up and other than the hitch not being latched no damage to the trailor. Back of the trucks bumper has a few dents He said he had a mechanic coming who would have the tools to hook it back up correctly.

Is that Jeep really only rated to 2k? I find that hard to believe.

I had a 1994 Mitsubishi Pajero or Montero in the US, the short wheel base version, similar to that Jeep, and it's rated to 6200 lbs in Europe.
