Maybe it's just hidden by the windshield pillar of the gray car.
Then again, a bird landing on the back of that black car is gonna lift the front wheels of that F150 right off the ground.

I'm not sure what's going on with that specific picture, but I think this used to be a common way to pick up motorcycles for service. Again, I'm not sure how the rear dollies were attached but it allowed one person to transport the bike.I was thinking about this post, and wondering what's the point of towing your motorcycle with the front wheel on the ground?
Seems a small utility trailer would be infinitely easier to back up, and also more visible through the rear window, as the current configuration has the bike so low they probably can't see it behind the vehicle. I can back a trailer around a slalom course, if I need to... but I have to be able to see the thing!
Also, having the front wheel of the bike on the ground like that means more wear and maintenance on the wheel bearings, the materials and tolerances of which were probably nowhere near as good as today.
What make of vehicle is that?Mine has the axles centered with the bed, which makes it fairly easy to balance loads and really reduces the need to have stuff hang out the back.

How are these for rusting ? At work we had a Nissan Navara 180hp. Good truck but it rusted. Holes in the frame and the fuel tank fell halfway to the floor when the straps rusted out. It had to go when the head crackedIt's the 180 hp model. It's faster!!![]()
Rust is not really an issue over here unless the vehicles pretty much sit by the sea all the time, just absorbing all that sea air.How are these for rusting ? At work we had a Nissan Navara 180hp. The chassis problem was quite well known in the UK, where lots more were sold than here in Holland
