Not seeing his red flag on the back worries me.

Maybe it's just hidden by the windshield pillar of the gray car. :ROFLMAO:
Then again, a bird landing on the back of that black car is gonna lift the front wheels of that F150 right off the ground.

I was thinking about this post, and wondering what's the point of towing your motorcycle with the front wheel on the ground?

Seems a small utility trailer would be infinitely easier to back up, and also more visible through the rear window, as the current configuration has the bike so low they probably can't see it behind the vehicle. I can back a trailer around a slalom course, if I need to... but I have to be able to see the thing!

Also, having the front wheel of the bike on the ground like that means more wear and maintenance on the wheel bearings, the materials and tolerances of which were probably nowhere near as good as today.
I'm not sure what's going on with that specific picture, but I think this used to be a common way to pick up motorcycles for service. Again, I'm not sure how the rear dollies were attached but it allowed one person to transport the bike.

It's the 180 hp model. It's faster!! 🤣
How are these for rusting ? At work we had a Nissan Navara 180hp. Good truck but it rusted. Holes in the frame and the fuel tank fell halfway to the floor when the straps rusted out. It had to go when the head cracked

The chassis problem was quite well known in the UK, where lots more were sold than here in Holland

Rust is not really an issue over here unless the vehicles pretty much sit by the sea all the time, just absorbing all that sea air.

Mine is now 15 years old and if you look underneath, you would say that it was sold brand new like 3 or 4 years ago. Cab and bed no rust at all, very solid. The frame has no rust at all, it's just some suspension triangles have some surface rust on the scratches from rubbing some rocks and what not.

I have read about these liking to snap the frame just behind the bed but that's mostly from people who are constantly pulling way too much weight. Way above the 2700 kgs tow rating it has.

The heaviest thing I tow with it, is my Branson, which with the loader and including the trailer a almost at the 2700 kgs. I only tow it once or twice a year and now with the Agria at home, not even that.

Best picture I have from the bottom of it.
