Well I checked and there are no splines on the shaft. The shaft also has a circlip at the end that would hold the yoke on if the bolt would shear. I guess I have both and I am in luck. Thanks for the help all.
Absolutely. Each slip clutch should be adjusted to a specific implement, thus maximizing both safety and efficiency. Some simply don't realize this, and others think they're saving money by using one common (tractor mounted) slip clutch for all their PTO-driven equipment.shouldn't it be located at the Mower gear Box?
