Is your question about floor thickness? I think for a small shed like this that a 4 inch floor is fine, just don't make a grading mistake and have some 3 inch spots. But if your base isn't compacted well you may be best served with a 6 inch floor.

Hey: I jacked up a 16 x 20 shed on my place and put a floor UNDER it and set it back down. turned out well other than when my nephew pulled out the screed he drug it and left a big hump in it and a low spot. used some old fence and pen fence for rebar had fiber added to 3 yards but I think they cheated me some as it did not cover all the area I wanted the figuring I did came out with it being about 4 full inches but was probably only 3 in the center.

i started today been out of work since dec now i have a project they call me back (****) wellim now down to weekends .i started digging footing 12x8 when thats done i will level the rest of the pad .so far its going to be 6" .time will tell . also i had some one clear trees (soft maple ) ,now it give me a new project .20x30 or 30x30 area with rail road ties and crusher run to fill th area and maybe a gazelle who knows

what are the major advantages to go 6 " then 4" 4"pad with a 8"x12"perimiter=4.5 yards an 6" pad with a 8"x12" perimeter 6 yard which isn't a big leap in price

Check with your concrete supplier to see if they have a minimum load charge. You might find out that 6 CY is the same cost as 4 Cy and you can thicken the slab or footings.

Always remember that Fiber mesh is a secondary reinforcement. When using fibers put your rerod at 2' on center with a bar in your rat barrier (perimeter) Fiber + Rerob = darn near bullet proof. Don't forget to cut control joints in the slab. Here in Iowa most of the plants have a 3 yard minimum without a small load charge. I'm Not sure what they are out east ,

update shed has grown ,its now going to be 14x24 .permit is 71 dollars.im digging down 3 feet for footing .footing are 8 height x12 wide .on top of that 8 inch block.im looking at 6 inches above grade .walls 2x4 roof 2x6 with 4 if not 6 inch slab 1/2 rebar every 16 inches with fiber
