Sheetrock Ceiling

Here is how we lifted 4' x 12' x 1/2" sheets of sheetrock to install on our 8' ceiling in the basement.

My wife and daughter were GREAT helpers they moved the crutches to push the sheets up the final few inches.

Reminds me of the time about 16 or so years ago the wife's brother, his wife and 2 daughters showed up for a visit, not only were we good hosts as far as dinner etc, we also afforded them the opportunity to help place 2 pieces of 4x12x1/2 sheets on our 2nd floor bedroom ceiling. His wife has never visited again, that house or where we live now. LOL My wife and I put up the remaining sheets by ourselves in far less time.
