it looks nice --

-- though i wouldn't have two kids in the cab when you're operating --

-- hopefully you were stopped when the pic was taken or something --

-- otherwise, totally unsafe --

Fantastic M7040. Congratulations! Very very nice!!

Like you, we had our house in town, and then bought some acreage and home in the country. Since then, we have remodeled, built the mother-in-law house, sold the place in town, and are now living (yes some commute still) on the the acreage. It has been an incredible and positive change.

My work sometimes puts me in the line of the sentiment, "spoiling the neighborhood." I laughed (maybe winced) at the rub that the neighbors may give you over the tractor the driveway of such a nice neighborhood. Just invite them over ... King of the Hill style ... beer and a chat about the kids, hydraulics, and your new country retreat. They'll be happy for you and your family!

I too have the same rotary cutter. Since we didn't have a tractor and our pasture went tooooo long without a cut, when the tractor and impements arrive the poasture was 4'-5' feet in some places and extremely thick in all places. I have no doubt the cutter would cut every diameter of its rated capacity.

Sweet ride you got there. Enjoy your seat time, not long before you will have to share the seat.

Then, I realized how it looks disastrously out of place in your suburban landscape there, and thought "something has gone terribly, terribly awry in the Kubota Buying/Pricing forum!"

Well, I kind of lost track of you in your 67 different threads and whatnot :p, but then I sort of remembered you did say something about some other property, maybe quite a few acres to maintain.

Good thing you posted that last pic. All's right with the world again. :D

Thats what I 1st thought also, I mean that thing is as big as a mobile home. We do see a few tractors parked in urban area up in the winter up here but they are snow removal business, most are rented out to farmers in the warm season.

But this is september and Texas gets tornadoes...not snow LOL

Like DiezNut said the last pic clears it all up
