Shibaura 1540b 3 point won’t lift

I just purchased a Shibaura 1540b and it was having hydraulic issues caused be a clogged screen. After draining the oil and cleaning the screen the loader works perfectly but the 3 point doesn’t want to lift. It will only lift while cold or if I shut down the tractor for a few min but sometime that doesn’t even work.

Any suggestions on what it could be?

I’m thinking piston seals….

You may get answers if posted in the Ford compact section or the Shibaura section. This section is for easy hydraulic questions. Not a hard one like this since it's a Gray Market imported machine from Japan built to JIS standards and not SAE.

Knob under in front of seat. Take out and check o ring.

IS this a D1540 or a SD1540 or a SP1540 ? You are missing the first 2 letters for the series.

That is one manual I do have and can share here.

You can look at the parts diagram of the hydraulics and see if something isn't right.
