Shop security alarm dialer

The $68 per year for cellular sounds reasonable for monitoring, or is that in addition to other monthly fees? I expect my cost now to be about $10 per month, but the alarm panel dials only my clee phone, so there in no fee to a monitoring company.

The alarm company in town has a less than good reputation for proper follow up of alarm trips. I trust myself more.
