Yeah,I live about 20 miles east of the mall(Unityville).Sounds like
you visit the same places i do...surplus city,grizzly...not too big on HF.
Too much,if not all Chinese stuff...man i hate Chinese stuff.I myself would
really rather pay more for American made stuff,IF i can find it.Actually i was just at Grizzly on friday.
I do buy stuff at Grizzly now and then,but you really have to watch the quality.Some of it is junk.
And yeah,your right,it does get the juices flowing everytime i walk in Grizzly.

the nearest grizzley for me would entail a 6-7 hr drive. I purchased their roller and their box brake. both are nice pieces of equipment. I'm probably better off not having one of theme near me.

there is a HF an hour away....i dint ever go there.

has anyone made a lathe out of an old drill press? i have an old working drill press I had pulled apart a while back and am tinkering with the idea of a min lathe.. will have to see how it works out..
