Should stores be closed on Thanksgiving?

when i say less govt. I do mean.. right now.. I think we have too much.. effective or not. it costs money to pay people. we need to downsize govt, and be more effective.

AND

I 'd like to see a lill less invasive govt.

i don't need the govt telling me not to drink a 42 oz sugary soda.

I don't want them to tell me what type of cooking oil to use.

I don't want them telling me what car to drive.

and i darn sure don
t want them making me buy a service i don't want.

what's next? affordable boat act? force everyone to buy a boat. that's basically what's just happened. govt forceing private individuals to purchase something.

govt over-reach has to be curtailed. I'd like to keep the rosy shades on and think that we can just vote them out easilly.. unfortunately.. its a mony/power issue.

only way to make people in power see the lil guy is to hit the wallet.

not that I have this all worked out or anything.. but I know what we got ain't doing it....

tax reform would be a good start.. plus a return of some oif the rights and liberties we have lost in the last 237 years.. :)

You ever think how creful all them Congresscritters are to keep you and me from knowing where they live?
I figure the Post Office delivers a million letters a week to Congress, and every dang one goes to a warehouse instead of the person you sent it to. That right there is a lot of wasted money in postage, say nothing about that warehouse.

Funny thing is every Congresscritter I ever ran onto had no trouble sending something directly to the house I live in.
Now I figure them elected crooks would pay a lot more attention to a letter I sent them if it came to their dang house instead of a warehouse. They'd have to pull it out of the mailbox, walk in, and might just open it and read. After all they probably don't get a lot of mail at the house.
Then they gotta get rid of it. Might men they actually have to carry that letter to the curb for trash day.
That just might be the closest any of them come to working, and you can for sure bet their wife is going to be all over them about how she ain't putting up with people sending mail tothe house. Just might make her nervous about people knowing exactly where the crook lives.
He!!, once you got the address you just might go knock on his door to talk about something. Seems they don't mind stopping by or calling when they want to talk about you voting for them.
Maybe I go looking on google to see if there's a web site tells where Congresscrooks live.
