Yea, you really should have to apply alot of force to drive them in and out. They are normally such a pain to get out that toolmakers have made a special type of punch to get them out ! I feel your dealer is wrong on this one. If you have a digital camera I would take a picture of the assembly and send it to some one at Kubota support to see if they will cover this for oyu. /w3tcompact/icons/smile.gif.
