Ah yes.....
Growing up and still in large part today, everything is a "coke"......whether it be a Coke or Dr. Pepper or RC or Mountain Dew. If it's not tea or coffee or water........it's a "coke."
Utter the words "soda" or "pop" or "soda pop" and you are immediately identified as a limp-wristed, Yankee, do-gooder, **** that needs to go back home...........![]()

That's what those field mowers are called on most implement manufacturers' web sites.
IslandTractor said:Rotary cutter is a vague artificial generic term just like tissue paper. I'm partial to Bush Hog and Kleenex.
SkunkWerX said:OH, and Curly, by the way.....
Just think, you have several implements all in one package!
It's a BushHog, Shredder, Slasher, Brush-Hog, Rotary Cutter!
and you do need them all.![]()

Stampeder said:I have a 5 foot King Kutter rotary cutter and my neighbour has an old 7 foot Mohawk shredder.
The difference is how it leaves the grass when your done. My little guy leave wind rows while the 7 foot shreadder leaves small bits of grass spread out over its entire width. Hence I believe the term shreadder rather than rotary cutter.
