go to <A target="_blank" HREF=http://download.cnet.com/>http://download.cnet.com/</A> under the multimedia section click on animation, find the Babarosa Gif Animator 2 and down load it.. use a paint program to draw sequential photos in a gif format then use the Babarosa software to put them in order and select they frame length..if you need any more advice send me a message and we'll try to get together
